1. Trays are installed into a trench on a concrete foundation. The thickness of the concrete base depends on the tray load class. Foundation is made of concrete mark B25. Lateral securing of trays is made in the shape of of slopes from the walls. The width of slopes depends on the class load.
 
 The thickness of the concrete base and the width of slopes are provided in the installation diagrams.
 
2. Tray recess should be such that after mounting the upper lattice point was at 3-5 mm below the road surface.
 
3. Installation should be started from the installation of trashbox at the bottom of the track.
 
4. The channels are connected butt-coupled, rabbet into a slot. Sealant (010) or other bituminous mass is used as joint material.
 
5.In the case of angled compounding trays, trays and grilles must be cut and join.
 
6. If you are installing the trays in the asphalt surface, in the process of paving, grilles are advised to cover with strip of fiberboard or other material.

8.With any coating expansion joints should be provided — in parallel to the drainage system at distance of 1.5-2 cm. each side, and perpendicularly at distance of 5 m. from one another.
 
9. Connection of trays to the sewer system is made through trash box using pipe with a diameter of 110 or 160 mm.
 
10. Connection of trays to the sewer system without trashbox is made through vertical tube, which is mounted on the bottom of the tray.
 
11. Conduct seasonal cleaning from dirt should be conducted periodically. To do this, remove lattice from trashbox and remove the bucket (088). The frequency of cleaning is determined by the operating conditions.
